Every Monday at 10 AM  "Sit and Be Fit" Exercise Program-low impact exercises designed
to reduce the risk of falling. These multi-level workouts are specifically designed to improve leg
strength, flexibility, eye tracking, balance, posture and breathing.  Everyone is welcome to join us.

Every 5th Sunday of the month, we combine both services into one Unity Service at 11 AM, and share a potluck dinner afterward.


Loaves & Fishes

Loaves & Fishes is a free devotional lunch held on the first Tuesday of every month. Everyone is welcome to come refresh your body and spirit. We will start promptly at 11:30 AM and finish by 12:30 PM.

 

Dinners With Love

We are serving and delivering meals on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 - 7:00 PM, free of charge.  Please call the church office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 918-273-1562. 

United Methodist Women

The United Methodist Women meet on the 1st Thursday of each month (excluding July) at 1 PM in the Fellowship Hall, and on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 9:30 AM at the Depot Restaurant (excluding December).
